Excellent Product and Service

I have a dual swing gate which gates weighing about 80 lbs. each, and 7 ft wide so the Light Duty actuators were my choice. I had a small manufacturing problem with one of the actuators, and Zach in Customer Service promptly sent me the replacement parts and assisted in my DIY installation. Parts shipments took 3 days, and the installation instructions and adjustments were all straightforward. When I had a question, I emailed Customer Service and Zach promptly replied with clear graphics and instructions on how to proceed. These are excellent quality and well supported products.

Exactly what I needed

This opener worked great for my situation. I have a light weight gate going across my driveway too a detached garage. Topens offers a light duty version pw302, which was easily installed on this aluminum fence/gate. Installed the push button opener for convenience when walking up to the gate. The only thing I didn't like is that the M12 remotes operate at 433.92 MHz which isn't compatible with my other universal openers. I believe I can add another topens product to solve this issue, but will have to figure that out later.

To use TOPENS M12 remote control to operate a third-party gate opener, an ERM12 External Receiver is required.

Easy and flexible installation of Topens automatic swing gate

I purchaced my TOPENS PW302 Dual Swing Gate Opener and I was very suprised by the easy of installation with minor tools. I had few issues with the adjustments of the controling board, but with the prompt support from Topens I could easily adjust the settings. My automatic swing gate is working perfectly!
